Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• General Accounting - 40% (Measured by Accuracy of reconciliations): Management and oversight of all aspects of accounting, incl. Cashbooks, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets
• Treasury - 10% (Measured by Achieving defined targets): Management of Cash flow, Foreign Exchange & Working Capital
• Sales Deal & Project Review - 10% (Measured by Performance Review)
• Reporting - 20% (Measured by Accuracy and timeliness of group reporting deadlines and guidelines): Monthly Management Accounts (incl. Cash flow calculations and rolling forecast). Monthly group reporting; Quarterly forecasts; Variance Analysis; Budgets
• Tax - 10% (Measured by Timeous submission, quality and zero penalties): Submissions for all relevant taxes (completion, compliance and reconciliations)
• Compliance Topics - 10% (Measured by Audit reports, BBBBEE Certification): Management of Internal and External Audit interventions, oversight of BBBEE planning and decision making.

The Successful Applicant

• CA(SA)
• Minimum of 2 years' commerce experience
• 2 Years managerial experience
• What's on Offer
• TCTC of R700,000 with salary reviews: January + Performance bonuses (paid in March)
