Job description
Responsibilities (not limited to):

• To support the work of the National Marketing Manager in helping drive the marketing function of the business to best serve the brand (and its stakeholders).
• Development of briefs to both internal & external teams.
• Ensuring all marketing admin, procedures and process are adhered to.
• Management and implementation of the bi-annual menu rollout.
• Manage all media bookings and ensure material is dispatched prior to the material deadlines.
• Coordinate digital projects and manage all digital updates including SMS or emailer campaigns.
• Management of all online listings.
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth implementation of both local and national marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with franchisee business owners to add value to their businesses by understanding and assisting with their marketing needs.
• Provide value to business owners by constantly remaining abreast of new industry developments, competitor activities and identifying opportunities for brand and sales growth.
• To translate key customer insights and current restaurant trends into great in-restaurant concepts.
• Working closely and ensuring co-ordination with other head office departments like Operations, Training, IT and Menu Development.
• Ongoing negotiations with partners and suppliers to ensure best prices and service are received.
