Ker & Downey Africa, an Adventure Travel Company that chases exceptional moments for intrepid souls with a luxurious edge, is looking for a confident, ambitious and experienced Junior Rates Administrator to update and maintain supplier information in our booking system in order for consultants to assist clients in a speedy and accurate process of booking LuxVenture™ arrangements to their growing number of high profile clients from the United States, Europe and beyond.

You will be taking on a challenging and exciting role at a fun and dynamic company; becoming a part of a well-driven, successful and passionate Product team. The company as a whole is a close-knit team and, although we have different means, we all seek out adventure, exploration and the unknown in some way or another.

What traits should an Rates Administrator have?

• Team-player
• Adventurous
• Someone who has travelled and has an infectious passion for travel
• Ideally 3+ years of data capturing on any tour operator software (eg. Tourplan, Glodetrack, Destination Builder etc.)

Extreme accuracy is required.

• Day to day responsibilities:
• Loading and maintenance of rates, packages, general info, policies, value-adds and special offers in the Tourplan System
• Property database administration which will include the uploading of supplier information
