Manage testing defects and involve relevant business staff in quality assurance testing analysis.
Manage test plans by performing regression tests (existing functions). Execute system validation plans (new function) and liaise with the Business Analysts and technical teams in order to compile test scripts.
Develop and execute test plans for Functional and Automated Testing
Estimation and prioritization of testing effort across the lifecycle.
Develop and execute test cases and/or scripts and create/set-up the associated data.
Analyze requirements to inform design of test scripts that test specific software functionality to ensure it satisfies the requirements.
Be recognized as an software testing SME and advise others with confidence and authority.
Mentor other test analysts to encourage testing best practice and develop their skills and experience.
Recommend improvements to test processes.
Test Planning:
