Job description

We are looking for an expert in Delivery role to head Application Business Services with 15 to 18 years of experience.

Role and Responsibility

• Responsible for the growth of all the Africa client accounts through strategic mining
• Responsible for multi service line mining - Applications, Infrastructure and Digital
• Responsible for positioning Zensar as a vendor of choice for Digital Transformation
• Leading and participating in all the Client Steerco meetings
• Final escalation point for all Delivery concerns of the clients
• Partner the Sales and practice teams in creating, converting and executing new opportunities in the client accounts

Business Goals

• ABS BU goals for Africa for FY 18 - Revenue and Gross Margin
• ABS Customer Satsifaction Score
• Growth of the key ABS client accounts (> $ 5Mn + ACV)

Profile

• Atleast 15-18 years of IT services experience (preferably 5 years in Delivery)
• Strong global client interface experience
• Local SA experience is highly desirable
• Strong business leadership acumen (Account mining, solutioning and creating new opportunities)
• Strong executive presence and business communication skills
• Good exposure to the BFSI Industry
