Job description

MAC Consulting aims to deliver exceptional results to our clients and we are looking for extraordinary individuals who share this passion.

As an experienced consultant at a senior level you will be expected to:
- Bring previous knowledge and experience to drive for business results
- Have strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
- Utilise effective communication and facilitation skills to guide diverse teams
- Apply a broad range of consulting and project management skills
- Be dedicated to exceeding clients expectations
- In particular we a looking for individuals who have a strong track record in the areas of:
- Operating Model design and implementation
- Change Management
- Business process re-engineering/Lean
- Continues Improvement
- Leadership Development and Organisational Development
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Must have an undergraduate degree, postgraduate qualification highly recommended
- 5 Years of experience, at least 3 years in Management Consulting
- Proven track record of client engagement at Middle and Senior Management Level
- Advantageous to have experience in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Petrochemical and Mining industries
