Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic senior leader to grow our education vision tenfold. You will have a strong passion for both business and education, and progressive ideas about the future of learning, both online and offline. You will be able to lead others to execute on a vision, but also will not be scared to get your hands dirty to get a job done.

What you will do in this role

• Work with senior management to conceptualise and launch new educational products and programs, and grow the iXperience education vision;
• Work with industry experts to ensure our coursework is to the highest possible quality;
• Recruit, manage, and up skill our teaching staff.

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience;
• A keen passion education innovation + disruption;
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and technology skills.

Preferred qualifications

• An MBA or postgraduate education degree;
• Teaching or mentoring experience;
• Experience creating new educational programs or products.

Job specific competencies

• Attention to detail.
• Strong lateral thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• A high level of confidence, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Good work ethic and time management skills.
• Competency in information retrieval, analysis and collation (essential research skills).
