Job Description

To process the kit usages on MFG Pro and replace the missing and damaged items after inspection, these inspections to be done as accurate as possible.

Checking instruments sets against check lists:

• Assemble all parts to ensure that they are in the correct working conditions
• Visually check the instruments, lot number and item number against the bill of material
• Physically check and test instruments to ensure that they correspond and are in working order
• Ensure good standard of final product

Checking implants sets against checklist

• Assemble all parts to ensure that they are in the correct working condition on the un-sterile implants sets
• Ensure that the sterile implants are within the expiry date, item codes are correct and lot no's are according to documentation
• No damaged implants on sets
• Replenishment of all incomplete sets
• Ensure good standard of final product

Washing of Sets

• From time to time it may be expected to wash sets, unpack sets into the washer - washer will complete a washing cycle
• Ensure the sets are washed according to QA procedures
• Pack sets back into original containers
• Check for broken or damaged instruments
• Make sure each sets corresponds with documentation

Bookings

• Receive bookings via email or phone
• Capture bookings on MFG
• Manage STC files
• Communicate with sales force via email or phone call
• Good communication between checkers and dispatch

Call out and after hours

- As part of the team you will be expected to do call out for 7 days in a month
- All of the above duties will be managed by you during on call hours

Contractors

• Partner effectively and positively with our drivers and other partners
• Engage and ensure that our service to our customers are always at its best
• Ensure documentation between Stryker and drivers is completed accurately and kept up-to-date

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

• Matriculate
• Prior Medical experience desirable
• Driver's license required
