Projects Administrator at Tharisa

Purpose of Role 

• The Projects Administrator will be responsible for the management of all Project Administration, MOC’s and Document Controller assistance.

Context of role

• Drafting of Contracts.
• Create and update project Contracts tracker.
• Contracts Addendum/ Amendments
• Management of Change documentation
• Set up Project meetings.
• Minute-taking in meetings.
• Document Controller
• Filling of hard copy documents
• Uploading documents on SharePoint and Aconex
• Uploading documents for signatures in Adobe Acrobat sign
• Tracking of documents uploaded for signatures

Job Requirements
Qualifications

• Matric
• Professional PA and Secretary
• Business Communication
• Advanced Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel

Job specific experience

• 6 + years' experience in Office Administration and Documentation Management.
• 6 + years' experience in Project Support
• Experience in Contracts is advantageous
