Role Purpose

The HR Consultant provides generalist Human Resource consulting and support to Management and Employees. The incumbent is responsible for implementing HR solutions and projects aligned to business initiatives and objectives. Key to this role is embedding Human Resources policies and best practice.

Responsibilities

•  Ensures customer excellence through interaction with internal and external customers throughout all business activities
• Creates solutions to meet customer demands
• Ensures continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes
• Facilitates and supports the implementation of the Organisation's Talent and Transformation objectives
• Contributes to cost efficiencies
• Consults and advises on operational Human Resources practices and processes
• Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
• Promotes teamwork amongst peers and team members
• Implements and embeds business projects and initiatives

Additional Requirements

HR generalist with around four-five years experience working within an IT environment.
