Following Skills Needed

• Analysing past, present and future business environment;
• Documenting requirements including data modelling, interface layouts, data flows, screen and report layouts, etc.;
• Working closely with systems analyst and project manager to design and implement solutions within constraints;
• Owning systems, user acceptance testing and implementation of changes or new applications;
• Ensuring that all testing protocols are adhered to;
• Investigating and defining requirements for business processes;
• Working with managers and relevant users on feasibility studies and establishing business and systems requirements;
• Formulating strategies and guidelines to improve the business environment;
• Analysing system or business processes to determine problems, risks and opportunities for improvement;
• Facilitating the implementation of new or enhanced processes;
• Reviewing processes and conducting process audits, as required;
• Providing support and facilitating sessions for end users, e.g. training;
• Designing new business processes; and,
• Consulting to management (both IT and business) on business procedures and policies.

Job Requirements

You need to have 8 years’ experience in business applications, with exposure to IT functions and you must be experienced in business and data analysis, solutions design and testing, and data modelling.
