Job Description

• Manage and Developing of Seed Contracts including loading on Realyst.
• New vendor process management.
• Compliance of annual quality SAF renewal of existing Vendors.(Quality Assurance)
• Manage the process for out of contract seed purchases.
• Generate Purchase requisitions in time to comply with policy and to minimise risk of unrecorded expenses.
• Manage payment process and liaison with external suppliers.
• Handling all seed queries and disputes.
• Documenting seed generation quantities and managing distribution process of seed.
• Documenting un-certified seed.
• Documenting Cold-store amount at external stakeholders.
• Supporting and testing Seed COSO Controls.
• Organising of industry conferences and business related meetings in HQ
• Requesting Data from Potato certification service on plant quantities/ diseases/grower history.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with external stakeholders.
• Visiting of seed Vendor / stakeholdersAssisting the Proc Agro Coordinator with weekly Agronomy payments
• Knowledge of SAP
• Communication - verbal and written
• People Skills
• Control process knowledge.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
