    Role Description
    This new role is vital in supporting the company’s growth strategy and is a wonderful opportunity for an IT recruiter to advance their career. A motivated, energetic recruiter with a keen eye and research abilities would be ideal for this role. The successful candidate will be focusing on sourcing, screening and placing the finest professionals in the IT space. There may be an option to renew the contract or for the recruiter to become a permanent employee.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage intelligently with IT professionals and managers in the business.
    • Source, screen and refer candidates to hiring managers.
    • Set up interviews and liaise with candidates and managers.
    • Assist with the on-boarding process. ? Provide monthly recruitment statistics.
    • Use existing network and LinkedIn to source suitable candidates.
    • Build the Saratoga brand by developing relationships with potential candidates via LinkedIn.

    Requirements

    Qualifications / Technical Skills

    • Matric certificate a minimum requirement
    • Degree or diploma would be an advantage

    Experience

    • 2+ years' solid IT exposure and experience in IT recruitment (recruitment, head-hunting, screening, vetting, people placement)
    • Demonstrated track record in identifying, sourcing and placing IT specialists, e.g. Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers
    • Good knowledge of the IT industry
    • Sound knowledge of Linked In functionality

    Salary Range

    R15 000 - R25 000 per month, CTC depending on qualifications, skills and experience
