Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a passion for creating content for on social media channels.

A social media intern must have:

• Active Facebook and Twitter accounts
• Excellent time management
• Ability to deal with crises
• Think outside the box

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with and providing support to the team
• Assist in the day-to-day running of social media pages
• Create and upload content for Facebook, Twitter, etc. includes content research, conversational calendars, idea sourcing, and copywriting
• Engage with the communities by timeously replying to messages or comments and feeding it back to the head of digital content when necessary
• Assist with monthly reporting
