    Senior Manager Corporate and Direct Sales

    Job Description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    Responsible for Government and Corporate Strategy and Operations including Sales Targets. Relationship building with Govt and Fleet Customers

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

    •  Corporate fleet Sales Target
    •  Government sales target
    •  Customer Satisfaction
    •  On time delivery to end customer
    •  Finance or Budget utilisation and expenses
    •  Project Management
    •  Fleet Sales - Government Sales & Support
    •  SAVRALA Score

    MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

    •  Manage and maintain Corporate customer base
    •  Establish and Maintain Government customer base
    •  Work with Marketing and Dealers to implement Fleet strategies
    •  Develop monthly, quarterly and annual forecast and targets
    •  Effective planning to business needs that drives performance
    •  Develop staff to maximise their potential
    •  Support Cross functional team work
    •  Manage Financial responsibility in line with set budgetary limits
    •  Deliver quality customer service
    •  Prepare, develop and implement and manage annual budget and marketing plans and product requirements
    •  Maintain and grow Fleet Market share
    •  Analyze and identify business opportunities
    •  Pricing and Tender evaluation as per Market requirements
    •  Systems Developments
    •  Manage a team of 15 people

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    •  Minimum qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing OR any related qualification
    • 5 - 10 years experience in Sales environment in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry

    COMPETENCIES / KNOWLEDGE

    •  Able to work with team under pressure
    •  Ability to negotiate
    •  Must be dynamic and resourceful with excellent
    •  Sales and leadership qualities
    •  Management capacity with profit responsibility
    •  Ability to understand market trends
    •  Strong interpersonal skills
    •  Sales experience with direct customers and Dealers - Nationally
    •  Experience in RT 57 Submission & Management
    •  Relationships with Govt & Fleet customers
    •  Business Planning and Strategies
    •  Commercial & Passenger Sales
    •  Sales & Financial experience
    •  Manage time and prioritise multiple responsibilities
    •  Manage and develop Sales Team
    •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Offfice (Excel + Word + PP & Outlook)
