Job description

The regional Talent Manager is responsible for partnering with HR and business leaders to drive talent strategies that support building Reckitt Benckiser’s talent bench and maximize team and individual potential through high-impact learning.

This will include providing succession and talent planning approaches, learning interventions, tools and processes in support of achieving RB’s strategies and initiatives. Together we’ll build a stronger future for our company and your career.

Is this You?

• Responsible for managing the talent process in the region, including performance and potential evaluation, succession planning’s, calibration meetings, career and development discussions
• Own overall Learning & Development agenda for Africa
• Facilitate leadership development initiatives to support the overall business strategy / talent needs
• Developing and conducting change management initiatives
• Responsible for culture and engagement pilar of Africa business
• Budget and KPIs Management (including exit surveys, turnover)
• Responsible for managing all internal communication process, including the digital strategy focusing on branding and EVP, events, internal newsletter, intranet/ internet, etc.
• Strong leadership skills
• Relationship management and communication skills
• Recognizes changing circumstances and alters strategies and plans as necessary
• Project management skills
