3rd Party Logistics Coordinator at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Role Summary

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the 3PLs perform at a satisfactory level, delivering products on time and in full to their customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assess 3rd party performance and provide management with recommendations on areas of improvement or change.
• Resolve problems and provide solutions to issues escalated to 3rd parties.
• Ensure proactive communication between Logistics, Customers and 3rd parties regarding any issues that might impact service level delivery.
• Communicate and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

A Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or equivalent coupled with at least 5 years 3rd party logistics, Distribution, Warehousing and Customer Service experience within the FMCG industry is required. Applicants must have strong analytical as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
