    Account Executive

    Job Description

    • This role involves supporting account managers in managing our customers. Within CR2 account executives will focus on working with account managers both managing and retaining the existing customer base as well as upselling within the existing client base.
    • The account executive will work closely with the Corporate Account Manager supporting the sales team to manage a portfolio of CR2 clients. The account executive must be able to develop a rapport with prospective clients and be able to effectively negotiate with and persuade others. Overcoming obstacles and objections is another important responsibility for account executives. They must be a quick learner with the ability to understand business requirements and translate into CR2 solutions. Ability to be able to understand technical issues within an account and translate between the customer and the organization also important. The account executive will also be responsible to farm the account at every level in order to identify new business opportunities for CR2. He/she must be a strong communicator, being able to engage with customers remotely as well as work closely with colleagues based in multiple offices across the organization in order to ensure the best possible service to the customer.
    • After a sale is made, account executives stay in communication with the client during the signing and implementation process and after, so that they can maintain a healthy business relationship. Client retention is an important aspect of the job, and they must make the customer feel valued in order to create a repeat customer and maintain a long-term association.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field may be required for this position. Previous account management experience is preferred.

    List of Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Respond to customer queries rapidly
    • Drive the CR2 organisation internally to achieve high customer service
    • Build relationships with new and established clients to drive sales and meet growth goals
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to present unified, concise
    • product information
    • Research and understand market drivers and customer needs
    • Represent the organization in trade shows, business associations, and local or
    • national events
    • Engage with customers by translating their business needs into appropriate CR2 solutions
    • Present and articulate features and benefits of our solutions driven team.
    • Showcase our products using existing solutions and internal development resources
    • Become a solution expert for our products
    • Keep abreast of all new products, market trends, future directions and competition for
    • areas of focus
    • Any other related tasks as required by the line manager

    Job Specifications, Standards and Requirements: Essential skills are:

    • Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing
    • Excellent presentation and communications skills
    • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker

    Desirable skills:

    • Experience in banking
    • Coaching, mentoring and training skills

    • Self-reliant, the ability to work without close supervision and address problems in a
    • collaborative environment.
    • Good problem solving abilities with the ability to identify and contribute to solutions for
