    Sales Operations Analyst

    Job description

    S-RM is seeking to recruit for a sales operations role to support the company’s Executive Director of Business Development. The role will be a central part of the Sales and Marketing team, supporting all aspects of the sales cycle, budgeting, as well as management of the interface between CRM and financial information to produce bespoke reporting for internal use.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Business Analytics – forecasting and KPI metric analysis; including overlay of financial information.
    • Planning – client target setting/filtering, goal setting, territory analysis and remuneration analysis.
    • Enablement – development and enhancement of sales process efficiencies
    • Information Management - Inputting data into a Client Resources Management (“CRM”) database and ensuring the database remains current and relevant.
    • Maintaining current client awareness - Monitoring news flows on current clients to ensure the company is aware of any major developments or changing requirements.
    • Team Administration Support - Proposal and contract development; sales training.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will need to have the following competencies:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree to a high standard;
    • Strong command of the English language;
    • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Microsoft Excel (Excel Level 3 proficient);
    • Experience with CRM systems, with Zoho or Sales Force experience a plus;
    • Experience with financial reporting systems and management accounts;
    • Excellent planning and organisation skills;
    • Efficient time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; and,
    • A proactive approach and a willingness to work outside the job specification when required.
