We are looking for a strong Technical Recruiter to join our business. We have an exciting new client in the Satelite Telecommunications space who is looking for support from sunny SA! .

Your role will be to embed yourself into the business and the culture, while providing top class service to a global business.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise local and international channels to scout out the best talent in the market
• Liaise with the team in the UK, to ensure that all job briefs are fully understood and the right skills are being secured
• Take extensive briefs from the business to really get to grips with this organisation
• Look for ways to improve the service delivery and become a trusted partner to your contacts
• Behave inline with the businesses expectations when it comes to candidate care

Requirements:

• You will benefit from a Technology / Telecommunications / Aviation background
• You have a solid history of providing great service to clients from an agency background, or internally
• You are adaptable and able to swiftly pick up new work seamlessly
• Team player
• You have creative ideas on how to source and secure hard to find skill sets
• Client comes first to you, and you enjoy estabilishing relationships
