    Business Development Manager

    Job description

    Join our committed and dynamic team in building and growing our innovative recruitment and BPO business.

    Your role will entail the following:

    • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within a Corporate and SMEclient base as defined in the company’s strategy. Growing client base, increasing market share and revenue by prospecting and developing new business opportunities and by developing business in new divisions of existing clients.
    • Developing and presenting CallForce Staffing Solutions and other products and services to senior client representatives.
    • Building new client relationships and mission critical partnerships; working to increase market share. Building client and industry networks, analysing market information to focus on key activities.
    • Representing and projecting the CallForce brand according to mission, vision, values and marketing strategy.
    • Managing Financial Efficiencies: Understanding volume potential, margin potential and cost to revenue ratios to gauge the suitability of new business i.e. identifying and chasing the right kind of business.
    • Analysing business opportunities and acting on those that add value to clients whilst meeting CallForce’s strategic objectives

    The requirements for the role are:

    • 2 - 3 years of proven track record within a competitive Business Development environment with success being measured in increased revenues and client base enhancement
    • Staffing Solutions experience/expertise will be an advantage
    • Recruitment experience an advantage
    • Service industry background and experience will be an advantage
    • Own vehicle and valid driver's license essential
