Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking and using various Social Media platforms
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, demonstrating Cartrack’s product and services
• Negotiate / close deals and resolve customer queries
• Responsible for achieving sales targets
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing Clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Effective use of the CRM tool to manage all customer interactions
• Identify product improvements by keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities and competitors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing (preferable)
• 3 – 5 years Sales or Business Development experience
• Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive and hardworking attitude
• Hands on attitude driven by targets and commission
• Peoples person with strong customer service attitude
• Possess a valid South African Drivers License
