As a Sales Services Assistant you will assist with the execution of all marketing plans, communications and projects in their planning, analysis and implementation. You will work closely with business technical team, product managers and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a marketing or sales assistant
• Good understanding of office management and sales principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, ARC-GIS etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12, with Office Administration Diploma
• 3-5 years’ experience in Ag sales or marketing, or sales management.
• Excellent knowledge of excel and data analytics.
• Attention to detail
• Deadline driven
• Must be a People's Person
• Must be Bi-lingual
