A relevant 3-year B-Degree in SCM, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
5- 8 Years relevant experience in evaluating and/or overseeing the evaluation of public sector tenders.
2 years supervisory experience.
Experience in evaluating and/or overseeing the evaluation of complex Public Sector Information Technology (IT) tenders, in line with public sector laws and regulations will be advantageous.
Computer literacy: MS Office Suite.

Applies a body of professional knowledge (MFMA, CIDB,PPFA,BBBEE,SCM regulations, Bargaining Council, General and Special conditions of contracts etc.) coupled with experience to develop and implement a full range of programmes systems ( SAP RFQ portal, web base programmes, SharePoint, etc) policies and practices within the Department/ Branch to effect service delivery to clients and give effect to initiatives, project system and polices undertaken by the Department/Branch
Manages, coordinates and controls the implementation of systems, procedures and controls relating to the management of the tenders/bid and contracts management processes
