What will I be required to do ?

• Measure and record vibration and thermal conditions on applicable data sheets.
• Visual inspection as per standard operating procedures.
• Discussion of problems with customers and analysts
• Taking of oil samples and record on database.

What are the requirments ?

• Trustworthy individual who can work on his own.
• Sober habits.
• Knowledge of mining equipment or willing to learn. ( Compressors, Fridge Plants etc. )
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Valid Certificate of Fitness ( Red Ticket ) or able to obtain a Red Ticket.
• Willing to work underground
• Living in the West Rand area or willing to relocate to West Rand.
• Basic computer skills
• Good Communication skills ( Reading, writing & speaking )
• Grade 12 qualification
• Artisan ( Mechanical or Electrical )
• Knowledge of vibration will be an advantage
