    Business Development Analyst

    Job description

    We are looking for dynamic individuals to be an instrumental part of our growth by expanding our relationships with restaurants. We seek Business Development Analysts who will drive demand for OrderIn's services in our key markets. This important work will be primarily through development of new relationships with restaurants but will also include creative marketing and innovative service offerings. Current openings are in Cape Town, servicing the greater Cape Town metropole, and the Johannesburg-Pretoria metro area.

    Your role

    • Drive restaurant partnerships: Engage the best restaurants with persuasive information on why they should join OrderIn's platform. Each day you will be communicating with restaurants over the phone and via email. You will be the face between OrderIn and our restaurant partners. Do the deal. Lead contract negotiations aimed at a win-win state for both OrderIn and the restaurants, with a focus on service offerings and economics.
    • Improve partner relations: Continue engaging restaurants after they have joined OrderIn's platform to ensure they are having a good experience with OrderIn. Work with OrderIn operations teams to trouble shoot where necessary to resolve restaurant-related issues.
    • New delivery area launches: Oversee and coordinate special events to make the launch of new delivery hubs a success. This includes creative marketing ideas, coordinating ground teams to get the word out, among others.
    • Marketing input: Work with photographers and digital marketing experts to develop exciting content to get the word out and drive new customer acquisition.
    • Collecting and acting on feedback: Create processes and account management tools to stay in close communication with restaurant partners and incorporate feedback into process improvements on the ground.
