Job description
Position Summary:
The Audit Manager will be responsible to plan, execute and manage client assignments and projects, and professionally deliver excellent service. The incumbent embodies the role of a consultant, working closely with Partners/Directors on projects and providing solutions within but not limited to the accounting/auditing/tax arena.
The position participates in management decision-making and supports in setting the Firm apart from its competition. The incumbent in this role, will be responsible for coaching, advising, and directing team members in meeting clients’, as well as personal development expectations.
The position assists with the identification of potential opportunities and advises on supplementary services or products to serve client needs. This role is responsible for developing relationships with team members from multiple cultural backgrounds through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring.
A successful Audit Manager will carry out the principal accountabilities of the position while supporting the vision and intent of LDP Chartered Accountants and Auditors Inc.
