HR Operations Manager at PepsiCo

Job description

• Review and put forward appropriate new job title requests
• Ensure recipients are supporting HR Service Centre audit requests
• Monitor and take steps to increase self-service adoption and ensure markets support new processes
• Support the market in consolidation and centralization of HR activities (including BO/CC work)
• Supports HR Operations Service Management Model development
• Ensure HR Data governance is maintained through participation in and localised management of Data templates, Cleansing and Migration
• Provide HR support to payroll where needed
• Support legacy HR applications and migration to Global HR Core Tools
• Review and prioritize market projects (Acquisitions, Org changes etc.) for tool enablement
• Facilitate Region HR technology project reviews with Sector for Global Operating Board
• Ensure appropriate engagement from countries on projects for defining requirements
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance of all systems, data processes etc..
• Assist in testing for ongoing changes and Quarterly Release testing efforts
• Support HR Service Centre Escalation Process
• Participate in command centre calls to highlight Sector issues and HR update calls

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Systems experience and must have lead Project elements involving HRMS Technology
• Preferably have previous experience in deploying ERP HR Systems for Multinational Organisations
• Tertiary qualification
