    RRP Digital Supervisor

    Job description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Responsible for the development, management & execution of RRP digital platforms (website content, customer care & CRM, programmatic, SEO, native/organic/paid content amplification, social), actively leading and collaborating with the RRP marketing & customer care team to grow consumer engagement and conversion, while driving the RRP digital transformation in PMSA, within the regulatory framework of the country.

    PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Lead the development of RRP digital
    • Management of digital platforms
    • Collaborate with OC, IS, Customer Care Teams and agencies to develop local market adaption of global content, updates of existing content, development of new content
    • Develop new strategic and tactical plans to improve effectiveness of digital platforms to accelerate awareness, trial, purchase, retention and advocacy
    • Collaborate with OC and global/local agencies to establish social media platform
    • Provide content, start-up plan and on-going oversight
    • Develop recommendation for improving interaction, visibility and traffic considering the tight restrictions in digital for South Africa
    • Provide digital performance reports and analytics
    • Monitor and benchmark competitor and cross category activities and introduce digital initiatives that position PMSA ahead of the competition
    • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to ensure all digital campaign activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured and comply with the local legal requirements.

    Skills And Competencies

    • Education Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications
    • Experience Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, Programatics, Native Ad Serving, CRM & Digital Community Management
