Job description
This Johannesburg based role reports to the Managing Director and is primarily focused on building both new and established client relationships, generating sales revenue and increasing client loyalty. The role requires a sincere consultative sales approach so as to understand the clients’ goals and broader strategic objectives in order to develop proposals and assign resources that add value and achieve the required sustainable behavioural change. Along with developing new clients, the Business Development Executive and Account Manager work with a selection of key client accounts, fostering sound business relationships and developing business opportunities for Diversified Consulting. The role will also add significant value to our clients through the ongoing design of new products and services, as well as enhance the existing service offering.
