Job description
Role overview
Working closely with programmes leads, lead a global team of finance managers to support VSO's decision making processes - ensuring financial information is understandable and accessible and reflects how we organise and manage our work.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
The candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in international development, extensive experience of leading planning, budgeting and reporting in a disperse organisation; ability to analyse and manage financial performance, recognise the consequences of change and help others understand from a financial perspective.
