So This Is What You Will Be Doing

• You will be working very closely with Impact Radius clients, product teams, and operations teams; and is responsible for addressing the technical services related needs of our client base and internal teams.
• You will be primarily focused on technical troubleshooting, integrations with client software, and making sure technical support tickets get done/delegated in a timely and efficient manner.
• You will be sitting in the middle of the technical issues workstream facing our client base and must use this knowledge to help identify/define improvements to our product/technology.

Here Is What You Would Need, To Apply

• National Diploma in IT or relevant industry.
• 1+ years experience in Integration, Software Development or related discipline
• Experience in Web application and tool development in Java; Prior knowledge of developing in Javascript for client-side validation
• Knowledge and experience of at least one scripting / programming language (Python, PHP preferred)

Personal Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral English language skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with history of working directly with customers
• Analytical thinker and fast learner
• Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams
• Self starter
