What we need is employees with professional legal training and experience, who are admitted attorneys in South Africa.

It will be expected that the successful candidate provide advice and counsel on legal matters, business ethics and assist in managing and directing litigation. In addition the candidate will be expected to support from a legal perspective certain foreign jurisdictions that make up the region,though the emphasis may differ from time to time, issues arise in areas of competition, administrative, commercial, communications, criminal, employment, environmental, general corporate, government contracts, intellectual property, international, labor, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities, tax law and negotiation and conclusion of ICT agreements.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bcomm Degree in Law /LLB
• Minimum 5 years post articles experience
• Experience in ICT type legal work
• Solid Experience working for a Global Organization
