Job description

• Vendor Management and Governance:
• Negotiate operational requirements with selected vendors within the ambit of existing contractual commitments.
• Ensure active contracts are in place with each vendor or relevant PO’s are actioned and adhered to, managing contract life cycle with each vendor.
• In collaboration with the ENS team, ensure each vendor has clearly defined and agreed tOperational Level Agreements (OLA), Statements of Work (SOW) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Accountable for monitoring the operational performance of service providers and/or 3rd Party vendors appointed by Enterprise Technology, ensuring quality of service. Make recommendations tthe ENS team and the Supply Chain about the performance of the vendor and give input intthe execution of vendor assessment and requalification.
• Conduct performance reviews with the vendors frequently ensuring OLA/SLA/KPI compliance and governance.
• Supporting the technical team with managing all escalations between Enterprise Technology and the vendors ensuring appropriate outcomes are within acceptable timeframes according tOLA/SLA/KPI, including root cause analysis and reason for outage documentation.
• Reporting back the outcomes of any OLA/SLA/KPI breaches tthe Enterprise team and relevant OPCO’s with a written SIP, if required.
• Monitor the completion of any capacity changes (cancellations, activations etc.) recommended by ENS team tensure accuracy of costs of sales.
• Manage relationships between ENS team and all relevant vendors.
• Identify improvement areas internally and document suggested changes for approval from all internal stakeholders.
• Communicate all relevant changes, concerns and processes tall relevant vendors.
• Ability tdeal with vendors both locally and international, often without face tface engagement.
• Financial Aspect :
• Input intbudgets, Product Management, OPCbriefings and planning/projects as and when required.
• Accurate record keeping of all Core Capacity Costing’s.
• Interact with finance department regarding claw backs, credits or rebates from vendor based on SLA breaches.
• Validate and present supplier invoices for authorization tENS team.
• Administration :
• Ability tdraw information from multiple sources and consolidate intmeaningful data for presentation tmanagement.
• Consolidate an agreed vendor performance report on a frequent basis.
• Create a consolidated view of vendors with their offerings, market share, market presence and countries they are offered in tensure cost efficiencies.
