    Data Analyst

    Job description

    We are looking for a dynamic Consultant Analyst who is passionate about Sales to help drive growth in our new and existing Clients and excellent Client Satisfaction. Working very closely with a small team of experienced Consultants, help Clients identify and capture purpose-led growth opportunities. You will play an integral role in supporting all aspects of Client engagements, enhancing Client Deliverables & elevating Organisational Thinking.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Listen for key Client issues and/or business questions and effectively articulate how various solutions can answer them via the delivery of a selling proposal.
    • Work efficiently and effectively to execute project plans using the key tools, research/analytic methodologies and data sources of the group.
    • Bring expertise, or develop expertise, of Kantar Retail’s analytical tools and become a local Centre of excellence for KR’s global analytical assets.
    • Work with Client Directors to identify opportunities and confidently showcase analytical solutions and tools in front of Clients.
    • Visualize allVisualize all client facing material by , creating desktop ready PowerPoint slides, or similar, with appropriate data charts, headlines, and key takeaways.
    • Effectively present insights from completed projects, telling stories from data, highlighting implications and articulating legitimate reasons behind conclusions drawn.

    CAPABILITIES

    • A Bachelor’s Degree or greater in an analytically rigorous field (i.e.: business, economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or engineering)
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills & experience working with analytical software (Excel or SPSS) to clean, analyse & extract key insights from large datasets.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint & advanced understanding of VBA programming.
    • Exceptional communication & presenting skills, attention to detail, willingness & eagerness to learn as well as collaboration & team work
    • Interest & desire to work in the fields of Consulting, Analytics, Shopper/Consumer Research, CPG Manufacturers, Sales, and/or Shopper Marketing.
