Job description Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all marketing efforts, including campaign management, online advertising, PPC ads, retargeting display ads, Google display/engagement, social (both paid and organic), content development, and other advertising associated with web acquisition efforts
Design Marketing material and brochures / business cards as and when required
Design marketing strategy for the company
Leverage paid, owned, and earned media opportunities to support marketing initiatives and drive engagement
Ensure landing pages are developed and executed on-time and designed to engage and convert prospects
Develop effective offers and increase conversion while maintaining acceptable CPA
Assess effectiveness of campaigns through calculating ROI, and change/optimize accordingly to maximize sales and brand exposure
Work closely with sales leaders to ensure an aligned digital strategy
Develop and enhance inbound and lead-qualifying customer journeys to continuously improve the customer experience based on best practices, customer feedback, and performance data
Manage content and social media to maximize marketing exposure
Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories
Manage the workflow across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-strategy execution of campaigns
Education
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
Experience
3-5 years of digital marketing in a BTB and/or e-commerce company
Experience designing websites / marketing brochures, marketing material
Experience setting up mailing campaigns and follow ups to ensure call to action results are achieved
Data-driven marketer; passionate about numbers with strong analytic skills
Ability to understand data and drive strategic decisions
Experience with Google Analytics
In-depth understanding and experience with Facebook’s paid advertising platform
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and design platforms
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Experience with an Advertising Specialty Company a plus but not necessary.
