We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers consistently, and takes full ownership of hiring outcomes.
You will partner closely with Hiring Managers across both Retail and Corporate to attract, assess and secure top talent while representing our employer brand with excellence.
Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles (retail, corporate and specialist).
Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practice.
Deliver high-quality hires within agreed SLAs without compromising candidate experience.
Drive Employment Equity and B-BBEE aligned sourcing strategies and shortlists.
Partner with candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
Build strong talent pipelines and proactively source for critical and scarce-skills roles.
Maintain accurate reporting, data integrity and full compliance with HR processes.
Support team initiatives, contribute positively to culture, and uphold Core Group values.
Minimum Requirements
6 - 10 years recruitment experience, ideally across both high-volume and specialist hiring.
Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging with diverse talent markets.
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise.
Understanding of labour legislation, Employment Equity, and B-BBEE.
Proven ability to deliver fast, high-quality hiring outcomes in a demanding environment.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment systems (Simplify an advantage).
