    Job description

    In support of this overriding organisational strategy, the strategic objective for the HC Manager is governed by the vision:

    Human Capital, inspiring and empowering the global purple tribe, enabling them to effectively deliver the promised bedrock of quality cyber security services to our customers.

    The overall strategic objective for Human Capital is to enable attract and retain the right talent by proactively taking responsibility of the creation of a globally mature and dynamic “conscious Performanta culture”.

    The contribution of the Recruitment Specialist within the HC/HR division is to uphold and continually contribute towards the development of a powerful and productive Performanta culture. This will be achieved through the recruitment of individuals who not only meet the level of technical skills required within each area of the business, but who are also aligned with the cultural norms of the Performanta Purple Tribe.

    Recruitment per se, is ultimately a key brand ambassador within the Performanta environment. This will be evidenced in the professional level of selection and negotiation (the “how”) of recruitment and the quality of internal and external relationships, level of support and the provision of a key recruitment services within the global environment. The ultimate aim is to be the trusted advisor on all areas of selection and recruitment and the development of a pool of suitable resources who are on “standby” in anticipation of potential employment within the Performanta environment.

    Minimum Level of technical skills & competancies:

    • Sourcing, interviewing, selection and pooling of quality applicants
    • Understanding and scoping recruitment requirements
    • Effective and efficient execution of recruitment requests
    • Sourcing and attraction of candidates
    • Running with the entire recruitment life cycle
    • Administrative duties
    • Has the experience in building relationships with internal stakeholders, being a trusted advisor on all strategic recruitment issues
    • Has experience in contracts and costings
    • Negotiating salaries skills
    • Minimum Level of Expertise:
    • Expert LinkedIn User
    • Competency in working with Microsoft Office Suite
    • 5 years IT experience in either an agency environment or Internal
    • Proven respected reputation within the IT recruitment industry
    • An ability to work pro-actively and independently
    • Proven understanding and awareness of current developments in the prevailing global Cyber Security environment
    • Delivery of quality results through an effective attention to process and detail
