Job Description

• Provides more complex operational support to employees and first line managers with some direction.
• Knowledge of core Human Resource related topics and application of fundamentals.
• Responsible for the full scope of HR activities and the implementation of corporate policies.
• Focused on improving service delivery.
• May lead project sub teams or have accountability for contributions to project team.
• May manage basic to medium complexity ER cases.
• May have higher level of exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support and advice to the wider HR community and employees in the delivery
• of the HR cycle i.e. bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and
• Employee Survey.
• Imparts knowledge (policy, process and application) in all HR disciplines to first line managers.
• Works independently and or closely with HR specialists to help resolve queries which arise directly
• from the business.
• May work in a specialist group where tasks are driven by the specifics of this HR function.
• Create, protects and files written correspondence and data associated with employees.
• Develops analyses reports independently or working with HR systems team or third party provider.
• Will provide support to a specific BU as well as a general HR team.
• Contributes to a project as a team member, and may take ownership of certain elements of the
• project, providing support and input to actions and overall objectives.
• Advises employee and first line managers in Employee Relations activity whilst keeping senior
