Business Improvement Consultant / Internal Management Consultant

*Excellent opportunity for a management consultant from a leading consulting firm with an engineering/ science / energy background to join industry in a traditional management consulting role: supporting Directors, COO's and CEO's across the Africa business in developing and managing their departments growth, issues, and long term operational targets.*

Our client is a developing global natural resources company with whose portfolio includes electricity production, power engineering, mechanical engineering and metallurgy.

They are looking for a Business Improvement Consultant to join a small team of internal consultants working on projects across the company. This is a really forward thinking organisation, who offer the right candidate the chance to own and manage their own projects under the team umbrella. Currently undergoing an expansion phase, they are looking for a number of senior consultants to join them.

The right candidates will be appropriately qualified to degree level, be dynamic, and have at least two to three years’ experience in both a technical area(science/ engineering/ energy/ mining), and internal or external management consulting.

Due to the nature of the organisation, and location of their business’, the travel element for the role is around 20-30%.
