We are looking for a talented Inbound Marketing Manager to work with the Wings4U's inbound marketing team. He or she will report to our Inbound Marketing Lead and create content developed to expand our clients' social media footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.

Strong candidates will have a good deal of experience using HubSpot in agency environments with clients. That said, a HubSpot certification alone will not be enough for this role. Along with working HubSpot experience, interested candidates should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

(Full-Time - Contract - Remote Position: Work from anywhere in EMEA)

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Snapchat, Instagram, and potentially additional channels.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our clients.
• Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through search, social, and our clients email subscribers.
• Create free resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).
• Grow our client subscribers-base by providing them regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker, or someone with a degree in journalism or writing in an English university
• In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System to blog and produce smart CTAs according to visitor lifecycle stage.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Past experience buiding audience with content development and social media tools (blogging, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• A dual-minded approach: you’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
• Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• The desire to work with a global team, and self-discipline to manage projects remotely without supervision.
• Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
