    Job description

    REPORTS TO:Associate Manager

    DEPARTMENT:Inside Sales

    CONDITIONS:Permanent with a 6 month probation period

    HOURS OF WORK: Depending on Territory and daylight savings

    3pm – 12am; 4pm – 1am; 5pm – 2am; 6pm – 3am

    BENEFITS:Medical Aid and Provident Fund

    COMMISSION PLAN: 70% - 30% split

    Norton Shopping Guarantee is a groundbreaking, innovative service that helps eCommerce merchants provide their buyers complete peace of mind when shopping, by addressing buyers concerns. Merchants using the service see a significant increase in online conversion and buyer satisfaction.

    As the Norton Shopping Guarantee Enterprise Sales Executive (ESE), you will be responsible for selling Norton Shopping Guarantee services to eCommerce merchants with annual online sales of greater than $1 million.

    As an accomplished enterprise sales professional, you must be able to effectively engage with and persuade the senior executives of large online eCommerce websites to fully leverage the benefits of the adopt Norton Shopping Guarantee for their business.

    Skills

    As the ideal candidate, you must have a proven record of success, strong problem solving abilities, excellent communications skills, along with the following abilities, attributes, experience and skills

    • Smart, persuasive and clever.
    • Aggressive and driven sales professional that can sell effectively over the phone.
    • 4+ years of direct sales experience, ideally with enterprise level sales.
    • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a direct sales role selling in an eCommerce or technology environment; some understanding of eCommerce and online trends.
    • Comfort and demonstrated effectiveness with telephone based sales and effectively manage prospects through a phone based sale and sales process.
    • Clear understanding of, and ability to, leverage business case/ROI benefits.
