Responsibilities

• Translate business vision into product requirements & timelines, create and manage product roadmap, and execute and deliver against key business milestones

• Manage development projects to ensure product is consistently delivered against a prioritized and well-groomed backlog

• Understand firm’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

• Evolve and enhance current products and services to constantly deliver a higher consumer value and a better user experience

• Identify immediate and/or upcoming user needs, and work with business and dev teams to develop a product strategy that meets those needs

• Manage collaboration and communication across product, dev, and business teams to ensure a timely and high quality product delivery

• Participate and contribute to the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to continually improve product adoption and customer retention

• Define and analyze KPIs to evaluate the success of our products

• Continually improve product sign-up process through A/B testing and various optimization techniques, using quantitative and qualitative data to determine best solution for implementation

• Use a strong data-driven approach to identify key areas of improvement to deliver maximum value to our users

• Work hands on with the UX and development teams writing tickets and shepherding features through the development queue

• Research technical and product trends and identify new product directions, features and technical integration opportunities

• Manage product teams including running product meeting, maintaining product specs and backlog, coordinating design, development and QA activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of product & project management experience

• Experience managing delivery of at least 1 consumer software product, game, service or application from start to finish in an Agile workflow

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum process (CSM, CPO desirable)

• Outstanding cross-functional project management skills

• Exceptional communication skills

• Highly detailed oriented with excellent organization skills while managing multiple ongoing projects

• Experience with Analytics tools (Google Analytics) and Usage Tracking (Crazy Egg) highly desirable

• Knowledge of Financial Information Systems a plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
