They are a leading automobile manufacturer seeking a Health Management Centre Manager who will implement Group Health Management Initiatives, Manage the entire Health Management Centre and ensure that best practice clinical guidelines are being implemented.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Medicine- MB Ch B or equivalent
• Diploma in Occupational Health
• Dispensing License
• Business/ Commercial Qualification will be advantageous.

Experience:

• 5 years' experience in primary healthcare management and emergency treatment.
• 3 years' management/ leadership experience.
• Multi-skilled counselling experience.
• Detailed understanding of ailments.
• Must have been at Head of Clinic/ Clinic Manager or Head of Department seniority level.
• Knowledge of Incident Investigation Principles.

General Info:

• Based in Pretoria North, Gauteng
• R700 000 to R1 Million Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Ensure provision of Occupational and Primary Health Management Services
• Support and manage the treatment of HIV Counselling and other campaigns and projects
• Plan and manage departmental budget
• Implement HWE health management projects in the region and creation of synergies in ZA and within the Group network
• Participate and contribute to all strategic objective activities in business unit
• Manage on site contracts of service providers
• Clinical management of patients
• Treatment of acute and chronic diseases
• Monitoring the health profile and make statistical evaluations for personal and production planning purposes
• Advise business/managers of relevant or critical problems arising from chronic diseases
• Ensure Occupational health and Safety standards are maintained within the Health Centre
• Referral and rehabilitation of associates with physical, mental and social challenges
• Design and implement wellness programs and EAP programs
