Job description
The purpose of the position is to conduct complex business process analysis and process improvement through the provision of quality process mapping, modelling, reporting, analysis, audits and the development of plans and programmes that will support continuous improvement within client organisations. An incumbent in this role may act as a Project Manager on certain projects from time to time.
