Acting as a member of our European clients' talent team, you will execute strategies to engage the world’s best through a number of channels and partners. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.

We are looking for a highly-motivated recruiter to join our team for 3 months to start, the contract might extend beyond that.

You will:

• Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Gain international experience - with a very diverse hiring team and managers in India and Europe, you will need to navigate several time-zones. 
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
• Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities

Qualifications

• Staffing experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team required including the execution of talent searches.
• 1-3 years of experience with at least 1 year in recruiting/staffing or sales
• Expertise in advanced talent search techniques including Boolean, ATS sourcing tools and online niche resources.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills and consulting experience.
• A focus on recruitment of technical skill sets.
