Job Objective

• Ensure uptime of all group websites and mobile app
• Ensure agreed SLA download speeds for the website.
• Co-ordinate and take accountability of all website builds
• Manage external vendors for hosting, development and support
• Assign personnel to tasks and directs their activities
• Ensure that development methodologies and project disciplines are observed
• Manage the budget for the area of control
• Develop Service Level Agreements for external vendors
• Responsible for staffing, growth and development of team members
• Responsible for performance management of team

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or other relevant IT qualification
