Job description

Role Purpose:

To provide advice and recommendations on fair treatment in complex cases, i.e. claims.

Responsibilities:
- Adjudication of disputes between the company and clients.
- Be the point of contact between the company and the Ombud Offices.
- Reviewing of cases
- Recommendation on issues related to acceptance or rejection of claims, perfomance, business rules; taking into account the TCF(Treating Cutsormers Fairly) principles.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Insurance experience
- 10 years' or more in Insurance/Financial Services
