Project Finance Controller at Huawei Technologies

Job Description:

• Responsible for project estimate, contract financial clause review, KPI management for key account, customer financial statements analysis, customer visiting and communication related financial issues.
• Responsible for project budget, accounting, final accounting management.
• Monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing the project execution progress.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Performance Manager:
• Estimation: How much money will be spent, how much money will be earned,
• Budget: How much money can be spent, how much money can be earned,
• Account: how much money has been spent, how much has been
• Final accounting: finally spend much money, finally earned how much money
• Integrator of finance special value:
• Project-level financial activities like tax, collection, credit, insurance etc.
• Provide project-level financial solution
• Promoting acquired high quality contracts and financial risk.
• Project accounting Quality Manager:
• Manage project accounting quality
• Manage project report quality
• Ensure financial data accuracy
• Support financial compliance
• Social recruitment requirement

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree (Management, Economics, Accounting).
• At least 5 years financial experience (financial management is preferred).
• Relative working experiences in telecom and relating industry.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
