    Insurance Sales Agent

    Job description

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
    • Criminal Clear
    • Previous Call Centre experience is advantageous
    • Strong Sales and persuasive skills
    • Self-motivated yet still a team player
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly energized and pressurized environment
    • Target driven
    • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
    • Computer Literate

    OPERATIONAL WORKING HOURS

    • Monday Wednesday 08:00 AM 17:00 PM
    • Marathon Day (Thursdays) 08:00 AM 08:00 PM
    • Friday 08:00 AM 15:30 PM
    • One Saturday Per Month 08:30 AM 13:00 PM
    • NO WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

    SALARY

    • R5000 ctc
    • Weekly and monthly incentives
    • Uncapped Commission structure
